These include but are not limited to EMDR, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based somatic therapies, Compassion-Focused therapy, critical incident stress debriefing, and solution-focused performance coaching.

Natalie has a proven track record working with Emergency Departments, Intensive Care, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Neonatal ICU, Anaesthetics and Radiology units at many busy Sydney teaching hospitals along with others hospitals in NSW and medical retrieval services.
