Testimonials

”I approached Natalie Harmon for online counselling to prepare for my ANZCA Primary Exam, because I was concerned that my anxiety and insomnia would hinder my performance. We met 7 times over 4 months before the exam. During this time, Natalie quickly built a kind and supportive rapport, and I felt I could trust her with my fears. Natalie provided me with evidence-based techniques to manage anxiety and improve my sleep. On the days of the written and oral exams, I felt stronger and more confident in myself because of Natalie's encouragement and advice, and I was later delighted to learn that I had passed. I have recommended Natalie to my colleagues for their Primary Exams."
