The Fellowship Formula
Your Primary or Fellowship exam is on the horizon. Perhaps you don't know where to start and the volume of knowledge feels like drinking from a fire hydrant. Perhaps you've had a go, failed and feel as though you aren’t good enough. Or perhaps you're questioning how you'll fit it all in—and what the exam will cost you along the way; your time, your health, your friendships and connection with your partner and children. The parts of your life that make you you.
Emergency Medicine and Critical Care exams are unforgiving.
And knowledge alone is not enough to pass.
The Fellowship Formula is the first online performance program created specifically for Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care and Anaesthesia trainees sitting their Primary or Fellowship examinations within the next 12 months.
Created by Natalie Harman, psychotherapist and Critical Care performance coach with more than 25 years' experience coaching doctors, The Fellowship Formula brings her specialist approach to exam performance online.
At the most recent ACEM Written Examination, 100% of Natalie's 20+ coachees passed. Two doctors coached by Natalie have also achieved college medals for outstanding examination performance.
The Fellowship Formula tackles the part of exam preparation that clinical courses don't as it prepares the person sitting the exam.
Across 8 weeks, you'll learn how to organise your study around shift work and life, study effectively using evidence-based methods, manage your stress and overcome procrastination and perfectionism, build genuine confidence, know and use your strengths, and protect your wellbeing and relationships. Getting these foundations right means you can study effectively, retaining what you learn. Knowing the material is one thing; being able to access and use it under exam pressure is another.
You'll also be part of an online community of trainees who understand what this process demands—providing connection, shared experience and accountability along the way.
